Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All financial transactions on jijikk are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jijikk supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to and from Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also supported where available.
Prohibited payment methods: jijikk strictly prohibits the use of cryptocurrency of any kind for deposits or withdrawals. Credit card gambling deposits are also prohibited in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Any attempt to fund a jijikk account using a prohibited payment method will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account review.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body in the Philippines. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the seat of arbitration shall be in Metro Manila.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any dispute not subject to arbitration under Section 12.
